Ordering & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Midstream, Centurion, Pretoria, and nearby areas. Unsure if we reach you? Just pop us a message — we’ll confirm right away.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date or time?

Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We’ll do our best to meet specific time requests whenever possible.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Absolutely. Place your order before 11:00 AM, and we’ll ensure same-day flower delivery in Centurion, Midstream, or Pretoria.

How will I know when my flowers are delivered?

You’ll receive a delivery confirmation once your blooms arrive safely — so you can relax knowing your flowers are in good hands.

Flowers & Customisation

Can I request a custom bouquet?

Of course! Every bouquet tells a story. Share your colour palette, favourite flowers, or inspiration, and we’ll create a custom floral design just for you.

How long will my flowers last?

With a little TLC — fresh water and trimmed stems every few days — your bouquet should stay vibrant for 7–10 days. We always send out blooms at peak freshness.

Gifts & Extras

Do you offer anything besides flowers?

Yes! Explore our luxury clothing and home collection, perfect for pairing with blooms as a thoughtful gift. You can also add a personalised QR code to your order, featuring a special message, song, or video.

Can I add a gift card or message to my bouquet?

Definitely. Each order includes a complimentary message card, or you can add a custom QR code for a unique and heartfelt surprise.

Workshops & Events

Do you host floral workshops?

Yes! Our creative floral workshops are ideal for individuals, small groups, or corporate team-building events. Learn floral design in a relaxed, inspiring environment — and take home your own floral masterpiece.

Do you create flowers for weddings and events?

Absolutely. We design bespoke wedding and event flowers that capture your unique style and story. From table arrangements to bridal bouquets, we make your day truly unforgettable.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFTs, and secure online payments through our checkout system.

What happens if no one is home to receive delivery?

We’ll try to leave your flowers with a trusted neighbour or contact you to arrange a new delivery time (a small redelivery fee may apply).

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, our team has already begun preparing your arrangement with love and care.
